  • Website security and operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest)

  • Analytics/improvement (only if enabled and consent given) (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent)

  • Marketing/newsletter (only if you subscribe) (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent)

  • Legal obligations (e.g., tax/accounting) (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

5. Sharing data with third parties

We only share personal data when necessary:

  • Travel service providers (e.g., tour operators, airlines, hotels, transfer providers) to process inquiries and bookings

  • IT/hosting providers (e.g., our website platform/host, technical support)

  • Authorities, if required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. Website platform / hosting (Wix)

Our website is built and hosted using Wix. Wix may process technical data and cookies to provide hosting and website functionality. Depending on the configuration, data may be processed on servers outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Contact forms, e-mail, and WhatsApp

  • ​If you contact us via form or e-mail, we process the data you provide to respond to and handle your request

  • If you contact us via WhatsApp, your data is processed by WhatsApp (a third-party service). WhatsApp may process metadata and communications according to its own policies. Please only send data you are comfortable sharing via WhatsApp

Some are necessary for website operation; optional cookies (e.g., analytics/marketing) are used only if you consent via the cookie banner/settings (if enabled on the site).
