Terms and Travel Conditions
TERMS – Travel Agency Services (Intermediary)
These terms apply to bookings where Dream Holidays acts as an intermediary and the invoice/contract is issued by the respective tour operator or service provider. In such cases, the travel contract is concluded directly between the customer and the operator/provider, and their terms (payments, changes, cancellation, liability) apply. Dream Holidays remains responsible for proper advice and booking mediation within legal limits.
TRAVEL CONDITIONS – Dream Holidays Safaris & Tailor-Made Packages
Payments

A 30% deposit is due upon booking confirmation for safari packages.

The balance is due no later than 30 days before departure.

For bookings made within 30 days of departure, the full amount is due immediately.
Cancellations/Changes
Cancellation and change conditions depend on supplier terms (lodges, flights, transfers, etc.) and are specified in your offer/booking confirmation. Non-refundable components may result in cancellation fees of up to 100%.
Protection / Insurance
Depending on the booking, Dream Holidays acts as an intermediary or as the contracting party. Any relevant protection details are stated in your offer/booking documents where applicable.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance (cancellation, trip interruption, medical). Upon request, we can offer or help arrange HanseMerkur travel insurance.
